Below are the cancellation and refund policies:

  1. We kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other participants. Cancellations can be made by contacting us via phone or email. In the event that you need to cancel, we will provide a credit to your account or refund the applicable amount through the original payment method used. These credits can be applied to any future reservations. Please note that if you fail to cancel your reservation within the 48-hour window, the payment for the reservation will be forfeited.

  2. Reservations are neither refundable nor transferable. Refunds are only applicable for government taxes in accordance with airline policies.

  3. Refunds will be executed in accordance with the airline's fare regulations and cancellation policies. These refunds are contingent upon RTPL receiving the corresponding amounts from the airlines. It is important to note that the convenience fee paid to RTPL at the time of booking is non-refundable. Any cancellations made directly with the airline must be communicated to RTPL to initiate the refund process. The duration for processing refunds may differ based on the payment method, banking institution, and other factors. The refund will be processed after deducting the RTPL service fee, which is separate from the aforementioned convenience fee. Refunds will be credited to the original account used for payment. For instance, if the User made the payment via credit card, RTPL will reverse the charge to that same credit card; similarly, if a debit card was used, the refund will be credited back to the same debit card. In cases of cancellation and refund for partially used tickets, any upfront discounts or promotional code discounts applied at the time of booking will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
